RANDY MONTGOMERY

Randy Montgomery has worked for Pathfinder as a full time instructor since 1993.

Randy served eight years in the U.S. Air Force. After his discharge, he worked for the U.S. Army as a Management Analyst. During his nine-year tenure at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Randy also became a certified facilitator of Leadership and Management Development classes.

He left the Federal government to pursue his dream of performing stand-up comedy. As a stand-up comedian Randy traveled across the country performing at comedy clubs and made two national television appearances on Showtime and A&E. Randy still performs stand-up comedy for corporate functions and conventions.

In addition, Randy is a comedy writer who has written for Jay Leno, and who writes for the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Show.

Randy embodies the Pathfinder philosophy that learning and fun do not have to be mutually exclusive.
