WALLACE T. GRAY, J.D.

Wallace T. Gray is Vice President and General Counsel of the Key Family of Companies which includes two third party administrators, Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. of Indianapolis, IN and Employee Benefit Services, Inc. of Charlotte, NC.  Wally earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1973, his law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1976, and his MBA from the University of Indianapolis in 1993.

After law school Mr. Gray worked with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General in the area of tax and securities law, followed by 2 years in private practice.  In 1981 he joined the legal department of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana and in 1988 became General Counsel for the Key Family of Companies.

Mr. Gray is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, the American Corporate Counsel Association and is the current President of the Indiana Self-Insurance Association.

His Bar Admissions and Associations include the following: Indiana Supreme Court and United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana 1976; Indiana State Bar Association, Labor Law Section, Corporate Counsel Section.
