If a student needs to reschedule or cancel a review session, Pathfinder requests notification no later than 9 a.m. on the first day of the scheduled review session. The following apply to all types of payment.

Pathfinder will reschedule the review session at no charge for the first two reschedulings. A $5 fee will be charged for any rescheduling after the second. Our books are frequently updated. Students who reschedule during an edition change are responsible for the additional cost of a new textbook and/or workbook.

If the student prefers to cancel the review session, tuition and registration fees may be refunded in the same form as the original payment, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable. If the student does not show up for class and Pathfinder does not receive proper notification, a credit, less applicable fees will be issued. Full credit is valid for six months from the original date of the first canceled review session. The credit is reduced to half after six months, and expires after one year.

Please note: Exam fees charged by the state’s testing provider are non-refundable. Be sure to check the exam provider’s policy regarding their cancellation fees.
